Every plan includes: hosting, HTTPS, one standard domain’s registration and renewal, site maintenance, backups, and direct local support. Your domain belongs to you.

Can I just call you to make a change?
Yes. Call or email Taylor with routine updates. Each plan includes editing time, and larger requests are quoted before work begins. In-person meetings are available by appointment.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You are the domain owner. Harborlight manages registration and renewal while your plan is active. It stays yours if you leave.
What happens after the free month?
Your chosen monthly plan begins after the free month. We confirm the price and features before launch, so you know what to expect.
What if I cancel?
Your hosted service ends on the agreed date. You keep your domain and can request an export of your content and customer records. Website code, platform licensing, and any migration costs are outlined in your agreement before launch.
How quickly are updates handled?
The service target is a response within one business day, with routine content edits normally completed within two business days.
Will my website bring in more customers?
A useful website can help customers understand your business and get in touch. Results depend on demand, visibility, and your services. We don’t guarantee sales growth or search rankings.

My background is in sales and working with local businesses. I know how much goes into running a business—and how helpful it is to have a person you can simply call when you need something.
